If you wish to use our “Common Needs” feature, you affirm that you are more than 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties consequent to the creation of the documents. OUR BUSINESS MODEL AND SERVICE

fssairegistration.org provides a managed service to assist clients hiring experts for FSSAI registration licenses. We also monitor experts to help ensure your service is completed in a timely and professional manner, as defined in our Scope of Service.

(a) Disclaimer of Experts–Client Relationship

fssairegistration.org manages the service process from start to finish. Any electronic communication sent to fssairegistration.org initiates a service request with our company. While the experts assigned to your task are independent contractors, we monitor their work to fulfill the service.

fssairegistration.org is a private company, not a law firm or government body. We manage the process of hiring experts to fulfill your service request. fssairegistration.org takes no position and offers no opinion on when or if a separate expert–client relationship has been formed.

(aa) Engagement, Allocation, Disclosure and Substitution of Independent Experts

The Client acknowledges that fssairegistration.org operates as a service facilitation and coordination platform and may engage, allocate, or coordinate with independent third-party professionals, consultants, advisors, or specialists (“Experts”) through its professional network for the purpose of providing advisory assistance, documentation support, compliance guidance, consultation, or other services related to the Client’s request.

The Client further understands and agrees that fssairegistration.org may assign or allocate a suitable Expert to the Client’s case through its internal case management system based on the nature of the service, expertise required, availability of the Expert, and operational considerations. Such allocation shall constitute valid initiation of service processing.

During the preliminary stages of service, including document submission, administrative review, compliance checks, or case preparation, communication with the Client may be conducted through fssairegistration.org’s official communication channels, including but not limited to official email addresses, document submission portals, ticketing systems, or other authorized platforms operated by the Company.

The Client may request reasonable information regarding the assigned Expert at any stage of the service, including general professional details such as the Expert’s name, role, area of expertise, or professional qualification, where applicable and reasonably available. However, the Client acknowledges that personal or confidential information of the Expert, including personal contact numbers, residential addresses, personal email addresses, identification documents, or any other private details, shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed, except where required by law or where direct consultation is formally arranged through fssairegistration.org.

Direct interaction with the assigned Expert may be arranged by fssairegistration.org where the service requires consultation, review, or professional interaction. Such communication may be facilitated through fssairegistration.org’s official channels to ensure proper coordination and service management.

In order to ensure continuity, service quality, and timely completion of the Client’s request, fssairegistration.org reserves the right to substitute, replace, or reassign any Expert involved in the service process based on availability, expertise requirements, workload management, or operational considerations. Any such reassignment shall not constitute interruption of service, non-commencement of service, or deficiency in service.

The Client agrees that progression of the service may require submission of documents, information, declarations, clarifications, OTPs, approvals, or other materials from the Client. fssairegistration.org’s obligation to proceed to subsequent stages of the service shall remain subject to the Client providing such required materials in complete, accurate, and usable form.

Any delay, pause, or inability to proceed with the service due to incomplete documentation, pending information, lack of response, or non-cooperation from the Client shall not be considered a failure, breach, or deficiency in service on the part of fssairegistration.org.

fssairegistration.org’s internal records, system allocation logs, communication records, and case management documentation shall constitute sufficient evidence of expert allocation, service initiation, and service coordination.

(b) fssairegistration.org Does Not Promote Any User

fssairegistration.org seeks to help every user hire experts best suited to their needs as per the Information Form or details they share. fssairegistration.org is not intended to be a source of advertising or solicitation and the contents of the website should not be construed as legal advice.

(c) Nature of Our Service

fssairegistration.org provides a managed service for FSSAI registration license-related tasks. We are not a government body, nor do we provide direct legal advice. Our service is to manage the process of documentation and application filing, which is carried out by third-party experts. Any information on our site should not be construed as legal advice.

(e) “Common Needs” – Resale of Forms Prohibited

fssairegistration.org grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our “Common Needs” feature for your own personal use, or if you are an attorney or professional, for your client. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or in any way exploit any of the forms in any manner, except for modifications in filling out the forms for your authorized use.

(f) Disclaimer of Representations by Users

fssairegistration.org makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty (express or implied) as to the legal ability, competence, or quality of representation which may be provided by any of the experts listed through this site or any affiliate thereof.

The experts on our network are not our employees; they are independent experts. Therefore, fssairegistration.org does not take any responsibility for the background of any of the experts on our network.

Our website, blog, and other material are only for the purpose of spreading information and awareness and are not substitutes for the advice or services of an expert.

Wherever required to fulfil your needs, we will assign an expert to your task. Please bear in mind that such experts are not our representatives, agents, or employees. We constantly strive to keep our content and documents accurate, current, and up to date. However, because of changes in the law and regulations, we cannot and do not guarantee that any or all of the information on the site and other communication is completely current.

Please be advised that sometimes the law, legal requirements, rules, and regulations are location-specific and may differ from location to location. The general information or other material we provide cannot fit every situation or circumstance.

(g) Service Time Frame

If the process of services has not commenced or communication has not been provided within 15 days of payment, a full refund is available. These services are provided based on user demand.

However, it's important to note that these phrases do not imply that fssairegistration.org provides services, advice, consultation, or assistance related to Food Licenses or promotes the direct acquisition of government documents and services. fssairegistration.org offers a managed service using third-party specialists for tasks related to FSSAI compliance.

(i) Words Used in Google Ads and on the Website: “Genuine” and “Secured”

Genuine: As a registered business with documented processes, we assure authenticity and reliability.

Secured: We prioritize your privacy and remain committed to continuously striving to keep your data safe.

(j) Standard Procedure

Mail and Telephonic Communication (Request and Reply): 48–72 working hours (Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, except holidays).

Application Filling: 48–72 working hours, if all documents are submitted by users (Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, except holidays).

(k) OTP Requirement

In certain cases, One-Time Passwords (OTPs) are necessary to complete specific tasks. Clients are advised to remain available and responsive for OTP requests to ensure timely and efficient processing of their services.

(l) Delay or Cancellation of Application by Government

In the event that an application is delayed or cancelled by the concerned government department, whether with or without assigning any reason, the specialist shall not be held liable for such delay or cancellation. The role of the specialist is limited to assisting in the preparation and submission on government systems (in case you allow). The issuance or rejection of the certificate, or any decision pertaining thereto, rests solely with the discretion of the respective government department.
